The Four of Us
We are a family of 4, who likes to travel free and easy, in full control of our itinerary and budget. Post pandemic, we hope to create more memories as we travel together and explore the world out there.
First Footstep: YS, Mummy
I have a passion for travelling, as with everyone else in my family. I spend my free time trying out new recipes in the kitchen or willing my Cooking Dash characters move faster in the time management game. But more often than not, I will be reading travel guide of places I have yet to visit and may not be going any time soon. My longest trip thus far is a 5-week long backpacking trip to Europe after Uni graduation. Memorable moments of the trip include sleeping overnight in a Milan train station because the workers went on strike, joining the mob of fans crowding around a popular pop star at Champs-Élysées and the impromptu border from Austria to Slovakia. As of now, I have only visited 27 countries in total. Working hard to see my dreams of visiting 2 new countries every year come true.
Second Footstep: T, Daddy
For a person who prefers sedentary activities, Dad does well to keep us company on our travels. He went on his first free and easy travel during our honeymoon and has not gone back to package tours since.
Third Footstep: DL, School Boy
A teenager grew up thinking that palentologists have the coolest job in the world and loading up on his knowledge of dinosaurs. Now he likes spending time on Valorant and the virtual world.
Fourth Footstep: CL, School Girl
Last but definitely not least. A bubbly girl whose favourite pastime used to be craft works and spinning the globe that is sitting on her desk, secretly memorising the names of all the countries she sees. Nowadays, she challenges herself on her knowledge of the world on jetpunk.com and knocks down 10 pins on the bowling alley. CL loves cold weather and looks forward to visiting temperate countries especially she needs to put on layers of clothes.
